In last month's newsletter, we announced the launch of our #AskAuren campaign, where we invite our readers to send in their community scheme questions for Auren to answer on both our Facebook and LinkedIn social media pages. We have been overwhelmed by the response to the #AskAuren campaign, and we want to thank all of our readers who have sent questions through to us thus far.
For this month's #AskAuren, we have selected the following question which was submitted by Ameera Dinat:
“My question for #AskAuren is one that I can’t seem to find a direct answer for in the Act. If two people are listed as registered owners of the same section in a community scheme, can both people stand for election as trustees? If yes, is each then entitled to one full vote?”
Auren’s answer can be found on both our Facebook and LinkedIn pages below. Be sure to like and follow us there to receive our weekly updates and announcements:
If you would like Auren to answer one of your community scheme questions, simply reply to this newsletter with your query, use the #AskAuren hashtag, and follow us on either Facebook or LinkedIn (more detail supplied in the #AskAuren box below).
You can find the links to Auren and Ané's August article contributions further down this newsletter:

Kind regards,
Auren, Anė and Tim
