MID-YEAR COURSES UPDATE
Welcome to the second half of 2022. We can hardly believe that our second semester presentation of the Paddocks UCT Scheme Manager - Sectional Title online short course kicked off this week. Late registrations close this Friday so you still have a couple of days to join the class if you have been meaning to do so, but have not gotten round to it.
The Paddocks UCT Start and Manage a Managing Agency online short course gets under way next, on Monday, 11 July 2022. If you have been considering starting your own managing agency, this will be your last opportunity this year to join the registered group and learn the ins and outs of starting and running this type of business successfully.
July also marks the last month to take advantage of our Early Bird special for the second semester presentation of the Paddocks UCT Scheme Manager - Home Owners' Association online short course, so if any of these courses are on your 2022 to-do list, register now to avoid missing out.
