Early Bird special - one month to go
If you have been wanting to take part in one of the Paddocks UCT short courses presented by Ané de Klerk, there’s no better time to register than now.
The Early Bird special for the second semester intakes of our Paddocks UCT Scheme Manager - Sectional Title online short course and Paddocks UCT Start and Manage a Managing Agency online short course is ending on 1 April 2022.
Don’t miss out on the chance to save up to R2 200.00 on one of these short courses. In addition, it is important to note that this is your last opportunity to complete these courses in 2022, as the next presentations of these two courses will run during the first semester of 2023.
Those living in or involved with the management of HOAs still have an opportunity to sign up for the Paddocks UCT Scheme Manager - Home Owners’ Association online short course starting 4 April 2022. Don’t delay as time to register is running out quickly.
More details about these courses are included in the “courses” section of the newsletter, below.
Don’t forget to send in your #AskAuren questions for posting on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages. This month’s question is, "Is it a legal requirement for voting cards or ballots to be used during a general meeting or is a simple show of hands acceptable?" Read Auren's answer at the links below and be sure to like and follow us to receive weekly updates on the property industry and our courses:
Kind regards,
Auren, Anė and Tim
