Only 6 weeks to go

As our office will be closing for the Festive Season on 15 December 2022, there is just over six weeks left in this calendar year for you to:

• have a consultation with one of our attorneys to settle that community scheme management issue before enjoying some end of year down time,
• have one of our attorneys draft an application on your behalf to be submitted to the Community Schemes Ombud Service before their operations wind down for the year,
• lock in one of our attorneys to represent you as proxy at your scheme’s Annual General Meeting (we seem to be attending many this time of year as trustees and directors do their best to finalise these before year end), and
• take advantage of our Early Bird special for the Paddocks UCT Scheme Manager - Sectional Title online short course. Your Early Bird payment must be in by no later than the 15th of December for you to save over R2 000 in course fees - perfect for funding your Christmas shopping.
