UCT short course registrations open for 2027
Exciting news! Registrations for our two UCT online short courses are now open for the first intake of 2027, and are available at a 25% discount until 15 December 2026.
The UCT Sectional Titles Schemes Management online short course starts on 18 January 2027, and covers the administrative, physical and financial management of sectional title complexes. Over 10 weeks, students can develop a fuller understanding of how sectional title schemes operate and build the knowledge needed to approach day-to-day management responsibilities with greater confidence.
For those involved in HOAs, the 8-week UCT Home Owners' Association Management online short course will start on 25 January 2027, offering a practical and in-depth look into how these types of estates are governed and how effective management supports the efficient running of an estate.
Whether you manage community schemes professionally, serve as a trustee or director, or simply want to better understand your own scheme, these courses offer an opportunity to build your knowledge and confidence.
Both courses are offered in collaboration with the University of Cape Town, and students will earn a digital short course certificate from UCT upon successful completion of the 2 assignments due for each course.
