The Advisory was founded in June 2020, right in the heart of the COVID-19 pandemic. From that small but determined start, Auren set in motion what has become the company we're proud of today - recognised and respected across the industry for our expertise and impact.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of providing strategic consulting and training to some of South Africa’s most prominent and well-respected community schemes, including high-profile sectional title complexes and exclusive estates. In addition, Ané and Auren developed their own short courses in sectional title and homeowners’ association (HOA) management, which are now offered in partnership with the University of Cape Town. We launched our own book in 2024 and our attorneys regularly contribute to UCT’s Law@Work professional development workshops.
To celebrate this exciting milestone, we’re giving back – and you could be one of 10 lucky winners!
