Monthly Newsletter | October 2022

2,000 SUBSCRIBERS

We are incredibly excited to announce that The Advisory's newsletter has this month surpassed 2,000 subscribers! We are so grateful for each person who has subscribed, read our articles, forwarded the newsletter on, followed us on Facebook or LinkedIn, or in any way supported our efforts in delivering practical and informative articles and training updates to your inbox every month. This newsletter has been active for just under a year and a half, so the growth that we have seen in this short time is incredibly encouraging to each one of The Advisory team members.

We would also like to thank all those who continue to send through #AskAuren questions every month, as we look forward to answering these quick questions and providing guidance to some common questions that our subscribers might have.

With the end of 2022 rapidly approaching, we look forward to finishing the year strong and continuing to provide interesting and insightful content to our growing audience.

Don’t forget to send in your #AskAuren questions for posting on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages. This month’s question is, "We approved a 10-year maintenance, repair and replacement plan at our last AGM and I am not sure whether the trustees have carried out all of the required work set out in the plan. Am I entitled to know how and when the trustees implement the 10-year maintenance repair and replacement plan?" Read Auren's answer at the links below and be sure to like and follow us to receive weekly updates on the property industry and our courses:

Kind regards,
Auren, Anė, Maria and Tim
