And that's a wrap - our final newsletter of 2023
As we bid farewell to 2023, we want to express our gratitude for being a part of The Advisory community. It has been a remarkable year filled with exciting ventures, the strengthening of partnerships, and valuable experiences.
This past year was a very busy one for The Advisory team, with the launch of our UCT Sectional Titles Schemes Management online short course together with the University of Cape Town and the processing of pre-orders for our upcoming book, "Sectional Titles Schemes Legislation" standing out as major highlights. While those may be the “big spotlight moments” of the year, we were also delighted to strengthen our relationship with UCT by having both Ané and Auren present workshops in collaboration with the UCT Law@Work Professional Development Project (workshops that UCT has asked them to present again next year if you missed out on 2023’s) and, as we have done in previous years, we again take great pride in the many clients we assisted with CSOS applications, rewriting governance documentation, the resolution of disputes and guidance regarding how to better navigate the complexities of community scheme living. Each one of these matters, whether they are addressed in a quick 15-minute consultation or take months to resolve, are valuable to us, and we are grateful that we are continually given the opportunity to help people in difficult situations.
If you still want to register for the January presentation of our new short course mentioned above, there’s still a few hours left to take advantage of the reduced payment option. The deadline for saving R2 200 on your tuition is tomorrow, 14 December at 17:00, so fill in the form as soon as possible to avoid missing out. Wishing you a peaceful Christmas and prosperous New Year.
Kind regards
The Advisory Team
