Deadline for submitting POPIA Manuals to the Information Regulator

The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) requires all responsible parties to have a manual in place outlining how they collect, process, store, and use personal information. Community schemes are required to submit the manual to the Information Regulator by the 11th of May 2023. It is crucial that all community schemes adhere to this deadline to ensure compliance with the regulations and avoid any potential penalties.
