CSOS publishes draft Consolidated Practice Directive for public comment
CSOS had property-related social media groups abuzz last week when it circulated a whopping 170-page draft Practice Directive. The draft document covers 15 different topics, and can be downloaded for review at the link below:
We encourage our readers to have a read through this document in order to better understand how the CSOS intends to amend their processes, however, Auren and Ané have written articles with their commentary on the document, both of which can be found linked in the "Articles" section of this newsletter.
Very importantly, CSOS has invited feedback on the draft document, which will need to be submitted by 4 April 2025, so if you wish for your voice to be heard, be sure to send your comments or concerns through to practicedirectives2025@csos.org.za before the end of this week.
