September short courses with UCT
We have just opened registrations for the September 2024 presentations for both the UCT Sectional Titles Schemes Management online short course and the UCT Home Owners' Association online short course. We have received such great feedback from students who have completed the sectional title short course this year, including:
"I was hoping to gain a rock solid understanding to the current sectional title legislation and how to implement it, and my expectations were exceeded!" - Tina Cook
"The UCT sectional title short course is an excellent vehicle to give a student a solid grounding in the workings of all the components of the Act. From a personal perspective, Tim and Ané performed their roles exceptionally and their efforts were most appreciated." - Jim Bowen
For more information on this and our HOA management short course, simply click the links above for more information, or download the course brochures under the "Courses" segment of this newsletter, below the July article links. Both courses are available at a reduced fee until 26 August 2024, so be sure to register as soon as possible.
