CSOS Annual Report 2020 / 2021
The Community Schemes Ombud Service recently released its 2020/2021 annual report. After clients and students alike reported that the search for the report online could only be compared to that of searching for a needle in a haystack, we decided to make it available on our website as a downloadable PDF.
It should be noted that our motivation for doing so is merely to make this public information more readily available to the public - and in particular to ensure that roleplayers in the community schemes management industry have easy access to it. This should not be viewed as an endorsement of the report and/or any of its content.
Those who are curious about the CSOS’s actions, planning and results achieved for the 2020/2021 period may find it an interesting read, but we will not be providing any commentary on it.
A PDF version of the report can be downloaded using the link below:
We are also very happy to announce that this, as well as all of our previous PDF downloads, are available on the brand new "Resources" page of our website. Here, you will also find links to all of our previous newsletters.

Don’t forget to send in your #AskAuren questions for posting on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages. This month’s question is, "My body corporate has a rule which states every owner will pay the same levy regardless of the size of the participation quota of their section. Is this legal?" Read Auren's answer at the links below and be sure to like and follow us to receive weekly updates on the property industry and our courses:
Kind regards,
Auren, Anė and Tim
