Exciting News - We now offer specialised litigation services!
We are excited to announce that, in response to the increasing requests from our clients, our Founder, Auren Freitas dos Santos, is now offering specialised community scheme litigation services. This includes High Court appeals and reviews of CSOS orders, specialised debt collection, and a broad range of other community scheme related issues within the court's jurisdiction.
Rather than referring this important work elsewhere, we want our clients to benefit directly from our expertise. As a leading boutique firm specialising exclusively in community schemes law, we already offer specialised consulting, UCT accredited short courses, and publish key legislative books. With the addition of specialised community scheme litigation services, we are now your one-stop shop for all community scheme needs.
For more information about our litigation services or to schedule a consultation, please contact us at info@theadvisory.co.za.
Reduced price for UCT courses expiring soon
The reduced course fee for the September 2024 presentations for both the the UCT Sectional Titles Schemes Management online short course and the UCT Home Owners' Association online short course expires on 26 August, meaning that we have only two and a half weeks before the courses revert to full price.
For more information on these courses and the reduced fee, simply click the above links, or download the course brochures under the "Courses" segment of this newsletter, below the article links.
Kind regards,
The Advisory Team
