Upcoming offerings from The Advisory and the University of Cape Town!

We are happy to announce that Ané will be presenting another workshop in association with UCT Law @ Work this month. The workshop on Member and Trustee Meetings in Sectional Titles Schemes will be presented online via Zoom on 28 February 2025, from 9am - 11am. It covers aspects such as the calling of and notice requirements for meetings, attendance of these meetings, proxies, agendas, voting and counting of votes as well as the practical steps to be followed after a meeting has been held. It will benefit sectional title property owners, managers, trustees and developers.
